All Seasons Albury Lake Hume Resort's Watermark Restaurant boasts some of the most stunning views in the region.
Over-looking Lake Hume, the eyes can follow the mountains from the Murray
Valley to the shadows of the Great Divide. You can dine in-doors or
al fresco on the terrace from our new season menu, indicative of fresh,
local produce available in the North East of Victoria and the Southern
Riverina. The wine list on offer is a varied selection chosen to complement
the restaurant's dishes and is a combination of local vintages and wines.
Our menus are produced by our Executive Chef, and the ingredients are always fresh and served only when the dish is at its tastiest. Menus are seasonal and are indicative of the fresh, local produce available in the North East of Victoria and the Southern Riverina.
