Finishes and Fittings

EXTERNAL

• Walls to be clad with existing material or option of harditex on eastern western and southern sides and painted as per nominated colour scheme
• Appearance and standard to be similar to exiting cottages.
• Balconies / Gables – timber decking and handrails of three nominated designs
• Paving – as selected by vendor
• Windows – Aluminium as per existing
• Roofs – Existing Corrugated painted to nominated colour scheme
• Carport – Existing covered carport as per existing. Similar type to be constructed on other side.
• Bay window to main bedroom on single bed side

INTERNAL

• Tiling – Ceramic floor tiles to bathrooms, kitchen, living, and toilet in three bedroom section.
• Carpet – all four bedrooms.
• Polished timber floors or similar appearance – living room of single bedroom section
• Ceiling – original pressed metal to bedroom and living in single bedroom section.
• Remainder as per existing and plasterboard in new work.

OTHER FITTINGS

• Kitchen – Modern design finished in durable laminate, one microwave, four plate cooktop, oven, one refrigerator, and single bowl sink with tapware.
• Kitchenette – durable laminate bench with microwave, under bar fridge and single bowl sink. Bathroom in three bedroom section to be enclosed shower and vanity.
• WC – existing location with pan and dual flush system with durable seat and lid.
• Bathroom in single bed section – corner spa unit, vanity and pan and dual flush cistern.

Three bedroom section

• Living/kitchen/entrance – Lounge suite, one coffee table, one lamp table, one television / video cabinet, one seven piece dining setting, one floor rug, one split cycle airconditioner, one telephone.
• Master bedroom – one Queen bed, two bedside tables, one wardrobe, one reverse cycle airconditioner.
